The New Managers Club

Elizabeth and Jack have collaborated on several consultancy projects in the past.  Having both worked with a number of very talented managers, they recognized the need for high quality, practical training which would allow these managers to achieve their full potential.

Aware of the increasing pressures on today's managers, Elizabeth and Jack resolved to find a solution which delivered the most "know how" in the shortest time. The emphasis was to be on the practical rather than the theoretical. Knowing the difficulties managers face in finding time for fixed-schedule courses etc; they sought a more flexible solution.

Continuing and confidential support for managers has always been and continues to be seen as essential.

So, after several years of discussion and idea swapping, Elizabeth and Jack launched The New Managers Club - just for you!

A lot of time and effort has been spent in planning and building the Club to the point it is at today.  They share many hopes and goals for what the Club will become in the future. It will evolve to reflect the needs of its members.

The New Managers Club is for people like you -  in your first, second or third management job. You recognize that you're still learning and you're eager to be the best manager you can be.
