The New Managers Club is for people like you - new to management - in your first, second or third management job. You recognize that you're still learning and you're eager to be the best manager you can be.

Whenever we ask new managers what they need, they often reply "Help - practical help with the challenges I face today. Not management theory but useful advice and guidance on how to achieve what's required of me. And I need it now...."

The Club's emphasis is on providing you with focused, "No-Nonsense" training which will save you time and effort and assist you in getting the skills necessary for your management job.

Whether you're just starting to manage or are already developing your management career, you'll find the support you need here. You can ask for confidential, expert advice and also learn from the experiences of your fellow new managers. Our membership includes trainee managers, supervisors, junior and middle managment, project managers, first line managers, sales managers, operations managers and specialized technical managers.

Some have received management training at college or through their employers. Many have been given no formal management training at all.

They manage in a diverse range of industries including finance, aerospace, construction, energy, I.T., office support, biotechnology, health care, engineering, education and hospitality.
